Esteem & Altruism?

This is a blood red depiction of the dangers of loving or giving too much and not making amends with the first signs of love gone selfish. One can never love a child enough, yet… too much of anything can turn damaging. Building self-esteem can easily cross into the realm of shallow “me, myself and I” and add undue hardships to parenting and lifelong relationships. Rather than regret and suffer later give with limitation, and teach altruism.
